The company was established in the year 1968 by a group of professionals led by Late Mr. L.C. Major success stories include Panipat Naphtha cracker complex, PX/PTA unit of IOCL at Panipat, Paradeep PP unit, LAB units of Koyali, PET unit of Dhunseri Petrochemicals at Haldia, BPCL Bina Refinery (with Oman Oil Company), Petcoke unit at Panipat, Auraiya Unit of GAIL (with RPG Goenka Group), H2 O2 unit of GACL at Dahej, water-soluble fertilizer unit of GSFC, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. (Polymer & Chemicals at the time of conception), MEG / DEG / TEG unit at Paradeep, multi-feed cracker of OPAL at Dahej, PP compounding unit at Mitsui at Neemrana, PP unit of NRL at Numaligarh; Polyester fibre unit at Bhadrak; etc. The units currently under implementation include Ammonium Nitrate / Nitric Acid unit of CFCL; Group III LOBS unit of HPCL, Mumbai; LOBS unit of CPCL; and Ammonium Nitrate expansion of GNFC. Apart from these, several projects are under Management approval at various public sector units.
